‘The Ballpark’ Lives!

Severely neglected after the Triple-A Maine Guides ditched The Ballpark in Old Orchard Beach, ME for Pennsylvania, the ballfield has undergone a renaissance of sorts at the hands of local volunteers, who were able to stifle efforts to level the ballpark in favor of new development.  The facility will host its first event on Oct. 25 called Woofstock, a canine-oriented celebration.  Read more here.
