Ft. Worth Cats, Ballpark for Sale

Worth Cats, 5,200-seat LaGrave Field, and 60-acres of surrounding land for sale.  One potential suitor mentioned is Mike Balloun, a residential real estate developer in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area.  Bell has reportedly valued his team, ballpark, and land at $40 million.  Read more here.
