The summer collegiate Outer Banks Daredevils (Kill Devils Hills, NC) will play in the Tidewater Summer League in 2013, after going dormant as a member of the Coastal Plain League after the 2011 season. It appears the Daredevils wanted to return this season as a member of the CPL, but the circuit had already locked in its schedule when the decision was made to revive the team. Read more here.
