This is a perfect place for a minor league baseball team in either the NYPL, ATL, Can-Am, or Eastern League. The place needs a little TLC for it to be ready for baseball one day.

The ballpark has been for sale for years.

  4. Are they going to lower the rent so a team might want to play there?
