PRESS RELEASE – The Board of Directors of the Midwest League of Professional Baseball Clubs, Inc. voted unanimously to grant President George H. Spelius a 26-month term extension that will run through December 31, 2014.
“It is a privilege and honor to serve as Midwest League President. I am extremely proud of our league, and it’s 16 member teams. I look forward to supporting their continued successes throughout the next two years.”
Spelius has held the position of MWL President since 1987.
Congratulations to George, he’s a good man doing a good job running a good league. Can’t ask for more than that.
