The City of Ottawa and Beacon Sports of Boston are still in talks to bring a Double-A Eastern League team to a renovated Ottawa Stadium in 2014. Ottawa Mayor Jim Watson says he has had meetings with a possible owner with “tremendous credibility,” and the city has talked with others too.
