At lease one real estate broker believes that a new downtown El Paso ballpark for a Triple-A Pacific Coast League club would increase property values in the surrounding area. The City Council is scheduled to vote today on a proposal to use the current City Hall site to build a new $50 million stadium in partnership with MountainStar Sports Group, LLC.
