Ottawa Citzen columnist and blogger Ken “The Bulldog” Gray takes another shot at the City of Ottawa for failing to negotiate a final lease deal with Beacon Sports of Boston in time to bring a Double-A Eastern League franchise to Ottawa Stadium starting next season.
