Hounds to Host 2012 Midwest Collegiate League All-Star Game

PRESS RELEASE – The DuPage County Hounds Baseball Team, DuPage’s summer collegiate wood bat team, announced today that the Hounds would be hosting the league’s All-Star Game for the 2012 season. The Midwest Collegiate League All-Star Game will take place at 7pm on Wednesday, July 11 at the Village of Lisle-Benedictine University Sports Complex, located in Lisle, IL. Gates for the All-Star Game will open at 6pm. As part of the All-Game festivities, a scout evaluation will take place.

Tickets for the All-Star Game will be $8 and there are two different classes of premium-seating options as well. Fans can purchase an outdoor terrace (two total available), that can fit up to 15-fans, or the Kennel Suite, which can fit up to 160 spectators. A special All-Star Game t-shirt is also available, which will be on sale for only $15 in advance.

The DuPage County Hounds Baseball Team is DuPage’s summer collegiate wood bat team. The Hounds play their home games at the 1,100-seat Village of Lisle-Benedictine University Sports Complex. During the 2012 season, which is the team’s Inaugural Season, the Hounds will play a total of 46-games, of which 23 will be played at home. The Hounds Home Opener is scheduled for Friday, June 1 at 7pm. Single game tickets are only $8, group tickets start at $5 and season tickets are only $129 per seat.
