Brockton Rox Stadium Agreement: Details Emerge

Brockton 21st Century Corporation, which controls Campanelli Stadium, has given approval to a letter of intent detailing a new one-year agreement between the summer collegiate Brockton Rox (Futures Collegiate Baseball League) and the City of Brockton.  Under the agreement, the Rox will deposit $100,000 into an operating account, spend no less than $30,000 marketing the team and the Shaw’s Center, pay $125,000 per year to use the park. and provide 20 percent of any income from special events to the city for debt relief.  Read more here.
