The stakes are very high for the indy pro Atlantic League and the new Sugar Land (TX) Skeeters, as GM Matt O’Brien, the former front office chief for the York (PA) Revolution, works to build a Houston-area beachhead for the East Coast-based league’s Texas invasion.
