Escondido, Moorad Complete Ballpark MoU

The City of Escondido (CA) and San Diego Padres owner Jeff Moorad have completed a 47-page memorandum of understanding that outlines the deal for the development of a $50 million ballpark for the Triple-A Portland Beavers/Tucson Padres.  The city council is scheduled to vote on the agreement on Dec. 15.  Read more here.
