Marlins Ballpark Construction Nears Halfway Point

The new 37,000-seat, retractable roof ballpark for the Florida Marlins is 47 percent complete.  The next big hurdle is building the roof and rolling it along the track beams, which will take 11-months.  The new stadium located in the Little Havana part of Miami is expected to open in 2012.  Read more and view photo here.
