Imagine Light Rail Connecting Target Field and a New Saints Ballpark

As envisioned by St. Paul Mayor Chris Coleman and St. Paul Saints owner and promo king Mike Veeck, a new light rail line would connect the new home for the Minnesota Twins with a proposed new stadium for the Saints in St. Paul’s Lowertown.  Of course, this would hinge on the State Legislature approving $25 million in funding for a new Saints ballpark in the 2010 bonding bill.  Read more here.
